Park Properties Management Company seeks a Full-Time Groundskeeper / Maintenance Technician for Highlands at Huckleberry Ridge, an apartment community in Blacksburg, VA.Primary responsibilities of the groundskeeper are to enhance and maintain the curb appeal of the apartment community.Duties include:
- Grounds maintenance
- Litter and debris removal
- Cleaning and maintaining common areas
- Turnover cleaning and painting
- Assisting with other maintenance tasks
Job requires constant need to be on feet, working outdoors in all weather conditions, and ability to perform physical activities including, but not limited to: bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, reaching above shoulder, grasping/gripping/turning, climbing ladders, lifting/carrying equipment, supplies, and other materials.This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and personal leave.No experience required.
