Job Summary: Mon-Fri | 8:00 AM- 5:00AM
Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Apartment Leasing Agent to join our team. As an Apartment Leasing Agent, you will play a crucial role in attracting potential tenants, handling lease agreements, and ensuring a positive rental experience. With your excellent communication skills and attention to detail, you will provide exceptional customer service and help prospective tenants find their ideal living space.
Responsibilities: - Conduct apartment tours for potential tenants and highlight the features of each unit.
- Assist applicants in completing lease agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is obtained.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective tenants and provide accurate information about available units, rental prices, and lease terms.
- Conduct thorough background checks on potential tenants and verify their employment and rental history.
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, conduct inspections, and ensure that units are clean and well-maintained.
- Address tenant concerns and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner.
- Advertise available units using various marketing channels and assist with promotional events.
Requirements: - Proven experience as an Apartment Leasing Agent or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations.
- Familiarity with property management software is an advantage.
- Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently.
