Seeking Apartment Maintenance: Full timeEqual Opportunity Employment.Basic Responsibilities: Perform all maintenance activities for assigned property/properties. Report directly to the Site Manager.Specific Responsibilities: Including but not limited to performing work orders, make ready units, scheduled & preventive routine maintenance requests on a timely basis.-Police grounds on a daily basis and handle exterior grounds maintenance not routinely handled by lawn crew. Including snow removal as per seasonal requirements-Perform other maintenance tasks assigned by the manager;Be available on an On Call basis when scheduled or necessary in cases of emergency,Qualifications and Physical Requirements: General knowledge of plumbing, appliance repair, electrical, HVAC, painting & dry wall repairs. Ability to pass written maintenance test. Must have a dependable vehicle. Ability to operate all necessary hand tools to make repairs. Ability to kneel, crouch, climb, crawl, etc. to reach items in need of repair. Ability to drive to and from job sites.
