Looking for a new opportunity in your career as a maintenance professional? AMLI Residential is hiring a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician at our 2 apartment complexes in Seattle. Housing allowance for a 1 bedroom apartment available! As the Maintenance Technician at AMLI 535 and AMLI South Lake Union, you will assist in maintaining the efficient operation and upkeep of the communities. Duties include:
- Perform general and higher level maintenance service such as: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
- Ensure all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to make ready status in a timely and accurate manner.
- Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
- Be available to work on an on-call basis, including weekends and nights.
- Conduct inspections as required, per policy and participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
- Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
Compensation and Benefits: AMLI offers the following benefits to meet the needs of AMLI employees and their families:
