As a Maintenance Technician II, you will play a key role in ensuring that our 120-unit property is well-maintained and operating efficiently. You will perform complex maintenance tasks, diagnose issues, and provide timely solutions to ensure tenant and resident satisfaction.Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
  • Diagnose and repair building issues, including mechanical, structural, and safety systems.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and ensure systems are operating efficiently.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests and provide prompt service.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for major repairs or projects.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
  • Assist in training and supervising junior maintenance staff when needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
  • Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications are a plus).
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
    • Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.
    • Familiarity with tools, equipment, and machinery used in maintenance work.
    • Ability to read technical manuals and diagrams to perform necessary repairs.
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    • Ability to work independently and within a team.
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
    • Standing, bending, and working in various environments (indoor/outdoor) for extended periods.
    • Ability to use ladders and other safety equipment.
