Location: Los Angeles,CA, USA
This is a Monday-Friday position. Candidates must have the ability to be on-call and respond to property for select after-hours emergencies. Pre-employment background check and drug testing required. Description: Responsible for the appearance and working order of the property structures, facilities and systems including the individual apartment homes, exterior and common areas. Works with property manager, vendors, and residents to diagnose, assess and repair issues including general electrical, plumbing, appliances, and walls. Responsible for detailed turnover and make-ready of vacant apartments. Observes safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions. Uses equipment and materials properly. Requirements/Skills *Apartment maintenance experience preferred *Must have reliable transportation, driver's license and car insurance *Accomplished at providing excellent customer service * Willing to be on-call and occasionally work after-hours including weekends * Problem solving, planning and organizational skills * Good oral and written communication skills * Professional and reliable Job Type: Full-time Benefits:
