At Woodward Properties, our team members are representatives of the company as a whole and we expect the utmost professionalism in all duties performed at our properties.We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for our Delaware County Pennsylvania region.As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance functions that are necessary in order to preserve and improve the value of our apartment communities. These functions include but are not limited to:Performing general maintenance repairsApartment turnoversCompleting resident maintenance request service ordersEnsuring that the overall appearance of the property is in line with company standardsSkills & KnowledgeLight carpentryDry wall repairInstallation of flooringResidential plumbing repairsResidential electrical repairsInstallation and repair of kitchen cabinetry and appliancesMust be able to meet the physical requirements of the job; heavy lifting, climb ladders, ability to stand/walk for 8 hoursAssist property/business manager as needed in emergency situationsTroubleshootingRequirementsValid driver's licenseReliable transportationNecessary toolsBenefitsCompetitive salaryMedical benefits401kTrainingGrowth in the companyScheduleMonday - Friday 8:30AM - 5 PM with on-call rotation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
