Premier Placements is hiring Apartment Maintenance Technicians for Temp and Temp-to-Perm opportunities at apartment communities throughout Cobb ; As a Maintenance Technician , you will oversee and maintain the physical property's appearance and maintenance, ensuring consistent and efficient operations daily. Engage in routine upkeep for individual apartments, shared spaces, and amenity areas. Pay: Weekly Pay on Fridays Non EPA Maintenance - $ EPA Certified Maintenance - $23/hour Schedule: All shifts are Monday - Friday between 8 am-6 pm We also have openings all over the Metro Atlanta area, including Midtown, Downtown, Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Alpharetta, Roswell, Chamblee, Doraville, Decatur, Tucker, South Atlanta, Norcross, Duluth, Marietta, Smyrna, and more.
