The qualifications preferred are as follows:- Previous HUD/property management experience- Marketing, occupancy, tenant relations, and maintenance supervision skills- Must take front line responsibility for project operations- Superb verbal and written communication skills- Excellent organizational & strategic planning abilityThis is a full-time position.Range of pay:$20.00 - $25.00/per hour - based on experience.If a job offer is made, your employment will start after a successful completion of references, criminal check, and other background screens as deemed necessary.
