Full-time Resident Property Manager for a gated 26 Unit Senior Apartments. Manager must live on site; one bedroom unit provided. Must have apartment management experience and perferrably be bilingual. The successful appliant has a variety of responsibilities that insure a smooth operation of our property, key duties include:
1. Addressing Tenants inquires and complaints, insuring Tenants satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
2. Coodinating maintenance requests, conducting regular inspections, and insuring the property is well maintained and safe.
3. Monitoring disputes between Tenants and addressing any issues that may arise.
4. Maintaining adequate records of tenant information, rental agreements and maintenance requests.
5. Being available to respond to emergencies and insure Tenants safety during such event.
6. Collecting Tenants rents, scheduling and overseeing vendors. Postion does not require manager to lease the units.
7. All accounting and bill paying is done by the main office.
Overall, the position requires organization, communication and problem solving skills to effectively manage the property and meet the needs of of our Tenants.
