Join Our growing Maintenance Team as a Part-Time Apartment Porter at one of our newest residential communities Aspire at Church St. in Norfolk, VA! Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a part-time Porter to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you to be part of our dynamic Maintenance team. Position: Porter (part-time), daytime schedule about 25 hours per week. Location: Aspire at Church Street, our newest 85-unit multi-family residence in Norfolk, VA 23510 What we are looking for:
  • Experience working grounds in a multi-family residential community, with a high penchant for curb appeal and overall cleanliness of the community
  • Able to work well within a team of Maintenance professionals and Residents
  • Excellent attitude and customer/resident service and satisfaction
What we offer:
  • Competitive base hourly pay, up to 25 hours per week
  • Eligible to participate in the Maintenance Quarterly Pay Increase program after initial 90-days on the job
  • The Porter position is a stepping-stone to our Maintenance Technician position at our Company that may include EPA I & II sponsorship. Our Company is growing in many states across our portfolio.
  • Part-Time Employees are eligible to accrue Paid Sick Time (PST)

Qualifications:
  • Education
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience
  • 1-3 months of related experience preferred
  • Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Skills & Certifications:
  • Valid Driver's License required
