The Apartment Supervisor works with their team to support a very independent group of adults who have developmental disabilities. They live in their own apartments in Clifton Park and Saratoga. A number of people have jobs. They take public transportation to and from work. You and your team will visit with people, helping them get to the store to grocery shop or to the bank. They will focus on skills such as teaching a person to cook, clean their apartments, and help the person to manage their medications. As the Apartment Supervisor, you will take people on their medical appointments, ensuring that accurate information is relayed to their doctor and follow up is done at home. You will schedule staff to ensure people get to the places they need to, in their communities. If you're organized, like to get paperwork done and off your desk, focusing on the people you support, this is the job for you.Must haveExperience working with people with a developmental disability.
