Job Summary We have an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team. This is a full - time, day shift position. The hours of work are generally Monday - Friday between 8:00 am and4:30 pm . Days of work and hours can vary due to assigned workload. The person hired for this position will have a telework agreement in place and work primarily from home, although touchdown stations are available within our office in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota . Upon hire employeeswill be required to complete a telework agreement. As a Results Management and Evaluation Manager within Performance Improvement and Project Management Office (PIPMO) for Community Based Services (CBS) - Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) you will direct agency-wide strategic and short term planning systems, department-wide performance measurement, and evaluation systems, and/or department-wide research and analysis efforts to support CBS Baldrige implementation, strategic planning, performance improvement, clinical quality, compliance, risk, and results management.This position develops and coordinates policy and programs to improve performance outcomes; oversees staff members; develops and recommends budgetary and legislative proposals including new and revised statue, rules, policies, procedures, and budget requests; and directs the implementation of operational plans across divisions. Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as a member of the CBS Management Team, ensuring alignment between CBS and DCT strategic goals and initiatives.
- Manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of CBS's quality program and compliance program.
- Oversee the collection and use of data to improve business operations and program outcomes.
- Manage a team of quality, compliance, and evaluation positions.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Demonstrated leadership experience. Leadership experience can include (this is not an all-inclusive list):
- Experience as a supervisor, lead worker, team lead, project lead;
- Completion of a State of Minnesota leadership program (e.g. Emerging Leaders Institute, L4, also known as Leadership Development Program or Aspiring Leaders Program);
- A paid/unpaid position leading a program or chairing a committee (e.g. Employee Resource Group) - experience must include:
- 1+ year of experience identifying issues, goals, strategic actions
- 100+ hours per year time commitment
AND
- Three (3) years behavioral health administration, healthcare administration or management experience. Experience must include the following:
- Ensuring compliance with accrediting and licensing agencies such as Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), The Joint Commission (TJC) and Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), Department of Health and Department of Human Services.
- Application of quality assurance and program improvement strategies at various organization levels including division level, program level and site specific to support quality behavioral health and healthcare delivery.
- Behavioral health quality, patient safety, and/or risk management experience.
- Budget management.
