Insight Global is looking to hire an Application Production Support resource with Change experience to sit hybrid for one of our largest financial clients to sit hybrid in Charlotte, NC, Jacksonville, FL, or Plano, TX. This role involves a combinatiokn of change management oversight and technical application support. They will partake in change management/coordination, technical support, reporting/data analysis, and ticketing/incident management. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, particularly in Java/. NET/Oracle applications and will be responsible for coordinating the approval/implemenation of changes, as well as prodiving production support for critical applications. Key responsibilities include: troubleshooting/resolving application issues, generating and analyzing reports related to change and application performance, and acting as a liason for multiple teams to ensure effective communication.Pay Range $53.51 - $63.51/hr We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
