Drive sales through working with the creative team in compiling seasonal line plans for our apparel collections.Drive revenue and margin goals through effective merchandising.Create compelling product experience on site, including inspirational merchandise presentation, simple and intuitive category navigation and clear and accurate product details.Provide insight to creative team based on current trends.Monitor competing brands and complementary categories to keep a pulse on the market as a whole.Analyze best/worst seller reports to determine potential styles/graphics for future lines.Manage monthly and seasonal merchandising stories.Provide data-driven feedback to the design team to steer future collections.Maintain an appropriate balance between branded merchandise and seasonal merchandising stories according to sales penetration and performance.Relay trend information to design team based on sales history, current performance, and outside competition.Advocate for our customer by suggesting designs and products that resonate with their persona.Experience4+ years of merchandising experience requiredPrevious experience creating line plans required in apparel industryE-Commerce experience preferredAdditional Skills & CompetenciesMust be sales driven and come with creative ideasMust understand the brand's aesthetic and style guideDetail orientedAbility to develop & drive product strategies that lead to successAbility to work and collaborate within a creative teamHighly organized and reliableSelf-motivatedThis is a remote (work from home), contract based position (5-10 hrs/week).Powered by JazzHR
