Job Task Overview:
- Role would work directly with founder and designer Skatie on all production related projects and tasks.
- Organizing design related items including but not limited to: samples, swatches, headers, etc.
- Communicating regarding lab dips and strike offs to our print and dye venders
- Sitting in fittings–Taking notes and communicating both production and pattern maker as needed
- Visiting production facilities for sample development and production related errands
Requirements:
- Experience in a design house or production facility preferred (fashion degree not mandatory)
- Industry experience isn't mandatory but in lieu of said experience, fashion or design related degree preferred
- Must be comfortable getting hands dirty and being in local production facilities
- Spanish speaking is a plus
- Very organized, great at communicating, think fast on feet, self starter, flexible, thrive in fast pace and creative environments
- Reliable Car required–will be reimbursed for gas
