Amentum is seeking an Apple / Mac Administrator - JAMF Pro to provide support with the Apple Ecosystem to include hardware and software to join our team and support our Washington, DC customer.Your strong problem-solving and communication skills will be utilized when providing end-user troubleshooting support for macOS, Windows, and/or Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platforms. You have a commitment to continuous learning and keeping up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 and JAMF technologies and best practices. We are looking for team members who are passionate about making a difference by working on critical efforts we manage as a premier government contractor.Responsibilities:Design and implement endpoint management solutions using JAMF, Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Intune and the Microsoft Intune SuiteDesign and implement device provisioning strategies with Autopilot, Intune, Apple Business Manager, and JAMF, as applicableConfigure and manage device enrollment, compliance policies, and conditional access policies.Develop and implement automation solutions using PowerShell and the PowerAutomate platform.Provide end-user support for Intune or JAMF-managed devices.Collaborate with other engineers, project managers, and SEC Government stakeholders to understand business requirements, propose solutions, and provide updates on project progress.Evaluate new Microsoft 365, JAMF, or Apple features and capabilities and make recommendations for their adoption.Monitor and report on endpoint management solution performance and troubleshoot issues as necessary.Here at Amentum, we are bringing advanced engineering and technology solutions to the most significant challenges in science, security, and sustainability.
