About us: We offer our Service Technicians the support they need to provide exceptional customer service. We are a growing company, and we need another Service Technician to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Diagnosing and repairing household appliances in customer homes
- Appliance installation
- Utilize an iPad to document service calls and customer interactions
- Provide cost estimates for repairs/installations, sell the job
- Collect payment
Job Requirements:
- Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge
- Ability to use an iPad and navigate software
- Ability to read schematics and use an ohm meter a plus
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member
- Valid Driver's License with clean record
- Must provide own set of basic tools
- Must be at least 18 years old
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand or kneel for periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
