This position demonstrates a basic understanding of rep network and sales channel.What you'll be doingProvide assistance to product support team on technical support via phone and e-mail for both internal and external salespeople in the areas of product selection and application.Develop and communicate solutions for basic product applications under direct supervision.Gather information and provide resolution to complex field problems. May include travel for onsite support.Understand and interpret industry codes and standards to determine product needs and requirements.Assist with highlighting and communicating key selling points of our current products for delivery to our sales teams and customers.Identify opportunities for process improvement and work to implement where applicable.Become familiar with the competitor's products and apply this knowledge to the company's advantage.Organize and present trainings to internal and external customers both onsite and offsite.May assist with offsite events including planning, set-up, and basic customer interactions.Develop awareness of industry related associations and their purpose.May provide mentoring, training, indirect supervision of other team members, or may have direct reports.Basic understanding of rep network and sales channel.Manage basic individual projects in accordance with predetermined completion dates.Document service calls to record data on product questions and field issues.What you should have4 Year / bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent years of experience required.0-2 years of relevant work experience in engineering required.Benefits for you and your family:Our benefit packages and salaries are among the best in our industry.
