This position provides a resource for crafting quotations and initiating and managing orders.How You Will Do It:* Provide written quotations in response to customer needs for Frick equipment.* Translating customer requirements into Frick Refrigeration Systems paperwork for submission of orders and follow-up on those orders.* Follow up with customers on service and billing problems to ensure customer satisfaction.* Work with Frick Refrigeration Systems home office to establish pricing and information where required.What We Look For:* Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering is preferred, but an associate degree or other technical degree plus related experience will be considered.* Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales engineering/support role.* Candidate should have good working knowledge of industrial refrigeration equipment and industrial refrigeration systems.* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) and Internet software and E-mail.#JCIEarlyCareers
