Job Type Full-timeDescriptionApplication Help Desk Support Specialist - Clinical Informatics - Full Time (Monday - Friday; 7:30 am - 4 pm, flexible)Ste. We also offer retirement planning.What to expect as an Application Help Desk Support Specialist:
  • Answer Application Help Desk and Patient Portal Phone lines
  • Provide application/program support to hospital staff, providers, and applicable vendors.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues promptly and efficiently, utilizing available resources and knowledge base.
  • Transition/escalate issues to next level of support as needed.
  • Document and track all support incidents and resolutions in ticketing system.
  • Proactive monitoring of fax server, interfaces and reports.
Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree or Diploma School Program.
  • 2 - 3 years' experience, required.
  • Knowledge with Electronic Medical Records, preferred.
  • Knowledge with Microsoft Office products.
