  • The ability to identify and resolve technical issues related This includes diagnosing problems, analyzing logs, and finding solutions.
  • Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript can be beneficial in understanding and debugging application code.
  • Effective communication is essential when interacting with users, developers, and other stakeholders to understand and address their concerns or issues.
  • Proficiency in using ticketing systems like JIRA, ServiceNow to track and manage user requests and issues.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, App Dynamics, or Splunk to proactively monitor application performance and identify potential issues.
  • Understanding of database management systems like Oracle, or PLSQL to troubleshoot database-related problems.
Required Skills
  • Java background some exposure working on cloud is a big plus
  • Java must but not coding only support related work, cloud exp. is preferred (any public cloud)
  • DevOps Related work scripting and deployment related activities
  • client inquiry related work systems generated and troubleshooting
  • scripting is an advantage (any scripting Python, shell, bash, terraform other scripting)
  • Any application monitoring tools (Dynatrace or AppDynamics or Splunk or Grafana or Prometheus)
  • May have to work some weekends remotely
  • Servicenow ticketing system-will get 10-12 a day
  • Oracle, SQL database exp. is preferred
