Do you enjoy tackling challenges and providing support for enterprise-level applications? We are seeking an Application Support Specialist II to join our dynamic Information Systems team!As part of the team, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the operational integrity of our systems that drive the efficiency of our operations. You'll provide Tier 2 support for applications such as Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud WMS, and more, ensuring smooth functionality for both internal and external users.Snapshot of Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 2 support for enterprise applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues in real-time.
• Mentor Tier 1 IS personnel and help guide end-users through application use and best practices.
• Contribute to and lead discussions about system integrations and enhancements to optimize business processes.
• Develop documentation, standard operating procedures, and deliver technical training to non-technical audiences.
• Assist with data analytics and reporting using SQL, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business problems.
• Maintain application environments by coordinating version control and change management procedures.
• Lead after-hours on-call support rotations and tackle emergent system issues with autonomy and expertise.

QualificationsThe Successful Candidate:

Associate or bachelor's degree with 3-5 years' experience supporting enterprise applications or 5-7 years' experience supporting enterprise applications in Information Systems or related field.

Prior experience in healthcare or supply chain environments is preferable.

Proficiency with Oracle or Microsoft SQL (Structured Query Language), HTML, and scripting is a plus.

Experience with Linux, Apache, Oracle Visual Builder, or BI Publisher is a plus.

Knowledge of the concepts related to structured DEV, TEST, QA and Production environments.
