SummarySummary Ho-Chunk Inc. Management Services (HCIMS) is seeking a full-time Applications and SharePoint Administrator. The Applications and SharePoint Administrator is responsible for developing front-end modifications/enhancements for system applications to meet emerging program needs. This position will work closely with program offices, subject matter experts, end users, and other stakeholders to gather system requirements and implement solutions that support training and operations. The incumbent will also provide technical support for SharePoint and other third-party applications, managing content/storage, building workflows, administering user permissions, and troubleshooting access issues as necessary. The position is based in Dunn Loring, VA, at the U.S. Department of State. Essential Functions
- Configure, integrate, test, implement, and validate new features and applications based on documented project requirements. Builds include, but are not limited to libraries, lists, helper tools, dashboards, pages, and sites.
- Assist other team members with standard builds, operations, security, and troubleshooting in support of SharePoint and other applications/systems.
- Collaborate with programmer team members to translate requirements into customized solutions.
- Load and maintain content to SharePoint and other content management systems while ensuring synchronization across all platforms.
- Collaborate with other programmers to translate requirements into customized solutions.
- Build workflows and custom solutions using PowerApps and Power Automate/Flow.
- Leverage the integration of Microsoft 365 applications (to include Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.) with SharePoint to increase efficiency and develop new processes.
- Perform SharePoint site administration functions, including creating new views and subsites, maintaining lists and document libraries, developing workflows, troubleshooting issues, and managing user permissions/access requests.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend hours maybe required as needed. Travel Occasional local travel may be required. Experience Three (3) years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of formal education and relevant work experience Education Associates or Bachelor's degree in related area preferred Additional Eligibility Qualifications
