Job DescriptionApplications MADJV Manager - Enterprise Application ServicesThe Global MADJV (Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Joint Ventures) Manager is an essential member of the Enterprise Application Services team. This role collaborates closely with Global Technology's core M&A team (MADJV Core) and Enterprise Application Leaders to implement a standardized methodology for integrating and separating applications within ADM's application ecosystem. Responsibilities include designing and executing plans for application integration, migration, and separation during MADJV events. You will work with MADJV and Enterprise Applications Services leadership to manage and mature a standardized approach to application integrations.Key attributes of the position include extensive knowledge of IT processes, the ability to collaborate with and influence others, and the ability to understand and align to overall GT strategies as applicable. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance processes for integrating, migrating, and separating applications during MADJV event.
- Participate in the rationalizing and integrating applications to align with application strategies.
- Partner with Application Architecture and Service Delivery Leaders to understand current application landscapes and processes.
- Collaborate MADJV Core and other Global Technology teams to execute application integration and migration activities.
- Serve as an expert adviser and subject-matter specialist in developing, supporting, and promoting standard processes for transitioning application support services for M&A activities.
- Ensure the production related deliverables related to Enterprise Applications Services, such as applications architecture diagrams, interface mappings, technical documentation, vendor contracts, as required and per process, during MADJV events.
- Ensure the successful execution of all activities supporting a smooth transition to support.
- Provide expertise as needed, in reviewing Statements of Work for services provided by third-party Service providers.
- Follows and contributes to improving standards, guidelines, and leading practices.
- Understand and adhere to policies, standards, and procedures, working with teams and team members to ensure adherence to individual efforts.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree related to Information Systems, Business or other relevant academic discipline or relative work experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a large-scale, enterprise environment.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with all levels of the organization.
- Adaptable with a willingness and ability to take on a variety of concurrent tasks and work with ambiguity.
- Demonstrated high level of written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to communicate information, ideas, procedures, and processes in a logical sequence; at a level appropriate to the audience and resulting in effective working relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex ventures in a timely manner.
- Ability to align objectives with a broader organizational goal to create a common mindset within the team.
- Exhibits ability to work both in a team environment and independently.
- Strong analytical, organization, time management and process management skills
- Exhibits high personal performance standards, the desire and ability to continuously learn and must be results oriented.
- Prior experience with acquisition and merger transitions a plus.
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed to achieve business objectives - likely 15-30% to other ADM locations.
