Location: Somerset,NJ, USA
This position provides support for our software products utilized in the Nuclear Medicine industry. They will be involved in extensive customer telephone support, some travel for installations, training onsite or on the web, software testing, and design evaluation to check for desired functionality. Additionally, they will work with the sales team to take care of proposals for add-on products, and with our software development team to facilitate suggestions for software improvement. This is an in-office position.
