Summary:
As an Epic Inpatient Sr. Application Analyst, you will serve as the primary support contact for specific Epic Inpatient applications, playing a crucial role in the organization's operational health and project success. Reporting to the IT Manager and through extensive collaboration with all Epic application teams, and various stakeholders in multiple clinical departments, you will have a crucial role in the transition to Epic. This position involves a mix of operational experience, project management, and organizational skills, ensuring that project teams remain focused, and that the Epic system aligns with the organization's business needs and supports the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Epic certification in Inpatient Clinical Documentation or Inpatient Procedure Orders is required. ASAP, Stork, Clinical Case Management, Behavioral Health, Inpatient Rehab, Wound, or Bugsy certification is a plus.

Education Requirements:● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or related field (or equivalent combination of education, training and experience).Licensure/Certification Requirements:● Epic certification in Inpatient Clinical Documentation or Inpatient Procedure Orders is required.Professional Experience Requirements:● If a Bachelor's degree: Four (4) years of experience with IT systems and/or related operational experience.● If an Associate's degree: Six (6) years of IT systems and/or related operational experience.● If a High School diploma or GED: Eight (8) years of IT systems and/or related operational experience.Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:● Excellent analytical and communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Highly responsive to internal customers.
