**Responsibilities**

In healthcare, we all agree that support is a must in order to be successful. This position will support our healthcare teams by ensuring they have everything they need in order to care for our patients. They also play a huge role in a patient's experience and prep when they visit any of our clinics. We couldn't do it without you! **Expectations:**

+ Responsible for answering phone calls and scheduling patient appointments.

+ Conduct patient pre-certification to ensure coverage for appointments and medical care.

+ Schedule tests, procedures, and referral appointments.

+ Communicate with patients regarding appointments and instructions for procedures and tests

+ Collect insurance information and patient personal data.

+ May collect fees such as co-pays / co-insurance.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Qualifications:**

Education / Accreditation / Licensure (required & preferred):

+ High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience (required and preferred):

+ 2 years related experience in a healthcare environment required.

**Pay Range**

$15.49 - $21.30 /hour
