Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Appointment Scheduler and lead Caller. This position plays a crucial role in our company's success by efficiently scheduling appointments and reaching out to leads via phone communication. If you are a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, this job might be the perfect fit for you!
Requirements: - Utilize internet resources to identify potential leads and prospects for our business.
- Make outbound calls to leads, introduce our products/services, and engage in meaningful conversations to generate interest.
- Schedule appointments with prospective clients based on their availability and our team's schedule.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, appointments, and relevant information in our CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to ensure a seamless appointment booking process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with detailed information about scheduled appointments and leads.
Qualifications: - Proven experience in appointment scheduling and lead generation, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using internet resources for lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to adapt to new software quickly.
- Self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle objections and navigate through challenging conversations professionally.
