Looking for motivated remote appointment setters to join our team! Work flexible evening hours (7 PM–10 PM EST) during the week and weekends calling warm leads and scheduling appointments—great communication skills are required, and being bilingual is a plus!

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage potential clients through appointment setting.
- Engage with spa owners and specialists.
- Provide detailed information about our contour spa services and answer any inquiries.
- Schedule appointments for consultations and treatments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM systems.
- Strive to meet and exceed appointment booking and conversion targets of 15% or higher.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in appointment setting, call center, cold-calling, or telemarketing is strongly preferred. Bilingual is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems and other related software. Experience with Go-High-Level software and Slack is a plus.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed targets.
- Technical Requirements: Must have a reliable computer and internet connection. Use of Chromebooks is not permitted.
