Home Performance Alliance (HPA) has over 10 years experience serving the Florida market. We accomplish this mission by having a superior hurricane-impact window product line made exclusively for our customers, Durashield, and a dedicated team of customer service agents located right here in Florida. We also offer hurricane impact doors, bathroom remodeling/additions, and roofing. All our products are made in the USA and engineered specifically for Florida homeowners.

In the Field Marketing Representative role, you will approach and talk to a large number of people at the door of their homes. You will conduct brief presentations, and possibly present them with brochures to initiate discussions about the products you are promoting. You are expected to maintain a professional demeanor and a warm, approachable attitude at all times. Success in this role will be determined by driving public engagement and increasing the number of Demonstrations for our Sales Consultants to sell. This is a Leads Generator/Appointment Setting, not selling position.

**Gain valuable Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Business experience & Industry Knowledge. Paid to light exercise several hours a day with a consistent work schedule and weekly pay checks**

Responsibilities:

• Generate pre-qualified leads by serving as a trusted company advisor driving brand awareness and knowledge to the homeowner through door-to-door marketing
• Speak with potential customers to determine the best time for a free Home Hurricane/Safety Inspection & Energy Audit - No Cost or Obligation to the Homeowner
• Establish and develop positive business and customer relationships
• 12:00am-8:00pm Monday-Friday & Rotating Saturdays (overtime) 10:00a-3:00pm

Pay: $734.57 - $1,500.00 per week
