Home Performance Alliance - Appointment Setter

We are looking for upbeat & friendly Appointment Setter for our rapidly growing marketing team!

$35,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year!! $2,000 Sign-on Bonus!!

Hourly Pay PLUS Commission and Bonuses, paid out weekly. Full Benefits package.

Fully paid training is provided for one week: three days in a classroom setting and two days shadowing.

A supportive management team with opportunity to grow with us and develop your skills.

Responsibilities:

You will be expected to:

Schedule free estimates for our design experts to demonstrate our products

Have fun while working with supportive peers and staff

To succeed you must:

Be money-motivated

During training, learn about the company story, product and how to speak with homeowners

Be upbeat and able to converse with people naturally and persuasively

Take advantage of every opportunity that presents itself

Have an attitude of learning and constant improvement

Qualifications:

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Ft. Myers, FL 33913: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Trainable, coachable, and willing to learn

Motivated to make serious money.
