Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARYResponsible to assist the National Sales Manager in obtaining all sales goals by providing coaching and feedback to the Inside Sales Team Leads while maintaining and upholding all of the company's policies and procedures. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Communicating daily goals with necessary inside sales team leads and agents by utilizing KPI process.
  • To keep updated reports for National Sales Manager to stay abreast of the success of daily goals and targets set.
  • Responsible for the overall production of each teams day to day target and goals.
  • Identify possible improvements within specific departments.
  • Develop and maintain a rewards and recognition program.
  • Responsible for maintaining high performance through coaching and disciplinary actions.
  • May be required to assist other departments to achieve goals.
  • Will interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Direct and carries out supervisory responsibilities such as: time and attendance, performance management, progressive discipline, etc., in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Observes all health/safety and security procedures; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly.
  • Employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
SKILLS
  • Must have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; online systems, Order processing systems and Contact Management systems.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and volume;
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree (B.
