Midland Office hiring for an Appraisal Clerk on a temp to hire basis. Primary goals of the role are to assist property owners via phone or face to face with exemptions.Job Duties:
- Processing exemption applications and following procedures
- Following up by written correspondence to request missing information on applications
- Researching county obituaries to update records
- Copying deeds for Deed Specialist
- Accepting written tax rolls requests
- Welcoming and directing walk-in office visitors to the appropriate staff
