APPRENTICE MILLWRIGHT****PAY: $19-21/hr****1ST SHIFT HOURS - BUT WILL VARY DEPENDING ON PROJECT NEEDS****Job Description**We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Millwright to join our team. As an apprentice, you will work under the guidance of experienced millwrights to learn the skills necessary to install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment.**Key Responsibilities:**+ Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and mechanical equipment.+ Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.+ Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of machinery.+ Use hand and power tools to perform repairs and adjustments.+ Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.+ Participate in training programs and complete required coursework.**Soft Skills**+ Must be comfortable with taking travel jobs as they come up.
