YOUR MISSION
Working closely with the development, material development and technical development within the Sportstyle Apparel Development team you will be given the opportunity to work in a hands-on apparel development environment. Tasks include:
- Update development systems and internal tracking charts
- Sample organization
- Review and measure garments to ensure they correspond with the tech packs
- Review and approve graphic strike offs.
- Attend relevant meetings such as design reviews, proto review/fittings, and line presentations
- Show effective project time management.
- Adhere to corporate policies and procedures.
- Acquire and share knowledge/skills.
- Understand apparel manufacturing, materials, and processes.
YOUR TALENT
- College/University degree in related field and preferred.
- Generalknowledge of apparel construction, fabric/trims, costing, and overall manufacturingprocesses.
- Abilityto work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office/Adobe Illustrator/Web based applications.
- Highlyorganized with the ability to manage multiple projects/seasons at the same time.
- Abilityto meet required deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strongwritten/verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills coupled with a pro-active, team-based personality.
