We are looking for a proficient and experienced Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Docker and programming, is responsible for managing our custom container infrastructure, and ensures our infrastructure's security, migrations, uptime, and architecture.
Responsibilities:- Design, manage, and maintain our custom container infrastructure using Docker.- Define and deploy monitoring, metrics, and logging systems on cloud platforms.- Ensure optimal uptime for services in accordance with business needs and service level agreements.- Communicate and resolve issues as needed for applications running in the cloud environment.- Oversee application and infrastructure migration tasks and project timelines.- Develop and implement cloud security measures to protect our data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.- Collaborate with the development team to identify improvements and updates to the cloud infrastructure.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar software engineering role.- Experience with Docker, and a strong foundation in programming languages.- Expertise in managing container-based infrastructure.- Understanding of cloud architectural principles and patterns.- Familiarity with cloud security tools and best practices.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.- Proven ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
