Are you passionate about aquatic safety and event planning? We're looking for an enthusiastic Aquatics Manager to train and schedule our amazing certified lifeguards for both credit and noncredit class hours, as well as open recreation times. You'll also get to dive into lifeguarding duties and help plan exciting pool events! What You'll Do: Perform lifeguard duties for 10-15 hours per week. Assist in scheduling pool use and lifeguards for HCC and outside agencies. Help plan and execute fun and engaging pool events for students and employees. Conduct regular safety and cleaning inspections to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all pool patrons. File reports and work requests for maintenance and cleaning. Ensure all pool policies, procedures, and safety rules are followed. Collaborate with credit, noncredit, and recreation departments to optimize pool use.
