Requirements: Strong leadership qualities. Background in aquatics desired. First Aid/CPR/Lifeguard certified.Effective communicator to teachers, students, parents and management staff.Brief Description: Oversees the quality and success of the Dolphin Swim Clubs daily pool operations including but not limited to staffing, lesson quality and pump room maintenance.Duties and Responsibilities: Directs and controls the daily operations of the teaching staff, swim lesson program, pool and pump room, all according to Dolphin Swim Club standard operating procedures.Hire, train and manage quality teaching staff.Ongoing training, staff evaluations and staff meetings.Maintain staff records and annual reviews.Other requisites include excellent interpersonal, customer service, team building and time management skills. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with children and/or proven knowledge of child development.
