Accounts Receivable SpecialistJob DescriptionThis candidate will be responsible for the Clinical Research AR division. They will review contracts specific to the CR division accounts and bill appropriately. The candidate will handle complex invoicing based on contracts and agreements with CR facilities. Responsibilities include contacting customers via phone, email, and letters. They will maintain specific accounts, assist the manager as needed, review revenue, and report it into Excel/Dynamics. The candidate will manage collections through email, phone calls, and occasional faxing. They will accurately post received payments, ensuring timely recording of transactions in the accounting system. They will reconcile accounts using Microsoft Dynamics (SL) and CRIO Clinical Research Platform, ensuring accuracy of balances and revenue. They will prepare and distribute reports on accounts receivable aging, payment status, and other relevant metrics to management regularly. They will review and analyze Clinical Research budget contracts (CTAs) and fee schedules for accuracy. They will generate and send invoices for services rendered, ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing information. They will process credit/debit memos, General Ledger entries, and perform general data entry alongside other related duties as assigned.
