AR Finance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized AR Finance Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing, tracking payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

**Responsibilities:**

\- Prepare, issue, and track customer invoices.

\- Process and apply payments to customer accounts.

\- Reconcile discrepancies between customer accounts and company records.

\- Communicate with clients regarding outstanding payments and resolve any billing issues.

\- Assist with month-end financial close processes related to accounts receivable.

\- Maintain accurate financial documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.

\- Collaborate with other finance and administrative staff as needed.

**Qualifications:**

\- Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounts receivable or related financial role.

\- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

\- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

\- Strong communication skills for working with internal teams and external clients.

\- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.

**Preferred Skills:**

\- Experience in the finance department of a mid-sized company.

\- Knowledge of specific AR-related software or industry-standard tools.

\- Familiarity with working in environments with diverse cultural and community considerations.

This is a full-time, on-site position located near the Five Towns area. While the role is initially fully in-office, there may be the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid schedule (4 days in-office, 1 day remote) after an initial period of training and adjustment.
