TGG Accounting has partnered with a construction group in El Cajon seeking an AR Lead to join their established team.
Compensation: $34- $36/Hr - DOE
Schedule: 5 days on property
Job Title: Accounts Receivable Lead Oversee and manage the billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Create, review and approve invoices before submission to clients, ensuring all billing terms and conditions are met.
- Coordinate with project managers and construction teams to verify billing information and resolve discrepancies.
- Implement and maintain effective billing procedures and internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage compliance with insurance requirements, including OCIP (Owner Controlled Insurance Program) and other relevant compliance mandates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or financial management in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction billing practices and insurance compliance requirements, including OCIP.
