It's time to look at Taylor.Your Opportunity:Navitor, a Taylor company, is adding an Accounts Receivable Representative in North Mankato, MN to help serve customer needs. You will play a pivotal role in working with customers relating to their account balances, such as invoicing, billing, and assisting with payment collections.Your Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining customer balances, which may include but not limited to calling on outstanding balances, sending invoice copies, applying credits, posting checks and credit card payments, helping customer service resolve order disputes, etc.
  • Will assist covering phone times, order hold releases and working with team emails.
  • Cover scheduled credit hold timesYour Shift:
    • Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pmYou Must Have:
      • Formal education, 2 year college degree, training in excel
      • Experience working with and supporting customer needs
      • Experience with Microsoft and working in shared Outlook email
      • Ability to positively work in a team environment
      • Strong customer interaction in-person or phone experienceWe Would Also Prefer:
        • Some accounting relatededucation or experience
        • Experience processing work with business computer system.
