Archer is currently seeking an Enterprise Account Executive who will be responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory/product line. The Enterprise Account Executive will primarily focus on new logo acquisition and some expansion. The Enterprise Account Executive will cover Northern California / Pacific Northwest of the United States.
Responsibilities:
* Expert level professional, complete understanding of the product and services portfolio.
* May lead with complex specialties.
* Gains access and creates superior relationships with senior level executives and influential stakeholders to sustain a long-term relationship.
* Responsible for building strong, complex alliances with global System Integrators (SI).
* Manages significant complexity across both SI relationships and Enterprise product/service solutions.
* Responsible for global, strategic, coordination of go-to- market strategies that help drive exponential sales growth into the outsourcing market place.
* Sets sales strategy and effectively utilizes cross-functional and/or third-party team members to achieve desired sales results.
* Uses expanded solutions from the channel and/or third- party offerings as a proactive competitive strategy.
* Demonstrates boardroom/executive presence.
* Establishes personal and professional brand as a trusted business advisor.
* Gains insider status to influence/collaborate with CXO- level decision makers to create expanded opportunities that will result in mutual value.
* Leveraged to serve as a coach/mentor, provides customer/industry/market insight to internal leaders and cross-functional groups.
* Builds external alliances with customers and industry experts to gain and share information and industry trends.
Skills:
* Strong history of complex relationship building.
* Sales history showing ability to sell solutions in complex environments.
* Strong understanding of operational issues and solutions.
* Proven strength in outsourcing and complex service environments.
* Ability to build solid virtual teams.
* Very strong negotiation skills and financial strength.
* Establishes organizational initiatives that enable greater focus on customers.
* Organizes company-wide teams in response to SI/customer needs/opportunities.
Education / Experience:
* 5+ years of Enterprise Sales experience.
* Typically requires 15+ years of related experience in a relationship selling role with a bachelor's degree.
* Additional criteria for Outside Sales: Typically require 15+ years of field sales
experience.
