Our ideal candidate takes pleasure in solving problems, is able to work under pressure, sell to customers and enjoys being part of a team. Primary Tasks and Responsibilities: Assisting customers with Sporting Goods, hunting and archery related questions and guiding customers towards the right product(s). Greeting customers Assist archery customers with professional bow set up, adjustments and tune-ups. Stock products on sales floor Maintaining excellent department presentation at all times Be crossed trained to fill in at other departments. Assist Managers and Cashiers with refunds and exchanges Assists with maintenance of pricing and UPC integrity; determining proper assortments; accuracy of inventory; proper display, signing and pricing of all products including advertised items. Continues technical training to improve proficiency, quality of work and to achieve higher levels of product knowledge Qualifications: Qualified candidates will have a high school education/GED and 1+ years of retail sales experience or the equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training. Specific hunting and archery knowledge and sales experience is required. Training will be provided upon hiring for the below skills. Must have a detailed knowledge of all kinds of bows. Maintain knowledge of archery department products. Must be able to provide excellent customer service with a focus on helping our customers with the right product. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Efficiency in multi-tasking and prioritizing work load. Salary: We offer competitive pay, based on your level of experience.
