Architect
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in a variety of Commercial Architectural project work.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Holding a Professional Architectural License (in NY) is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated capabilities in design as well as architectural reviews and stamping (if licensed).
- PMI and/or PMP Designations considered an asset.
- Demonstrated experience managing successful relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other project team members.
- Demonstrated experience with various faucets of project management, including allocation of resources, scheduling, documentation, budgets, planning project timelines, milestones, deliverables, monthly forecasts etc.
- Good computer skills, including comfortable using MS Office Programs, Technical design programs including AutoCAD and Project Management software.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary stakeholders to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a regular basis in order to ensure requirements are being followed.
