Candidate must be capable of developing, implementing and operating global systems in support of our professional architectural & engineering design and production services. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills. This position will participate with & support team members who produce our project deliverables with a focus on excellence, accountability, accuracy and efficiency. Candidate must possess a working knowledge of building design and construction as well as the creation and maintenance of construction documents.
Candidate should expect to actively participate in planning, design concept development, construction documentation, report generation, and specifications coordination processes while in the position of BIM Manager. This skillset requires demonstrated technical experience of 5-10 years in architectural design, technical production and construction detailing.

How will you contribute to the team?
* Ability to demonstrate superior skills in various digital design platforms with an emphasis on Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
* Strong Knowledge of other computer software programs common to the AE industry and the ability to develop workflows for the same.
* Ability to work with a global digital team to implement new software and global standards per ISO 19650.
* Ability to present oneself professionally to clients as well as maintain a 'seller-doer' approach.
* Ability to understand existing standard office practices and procedures and to further develop efficient BIM standards and digital protocols for the company.
* Ability to conduct BIM/REVIT project kick-off meetings and facilitate the execution of BIM Plans by the design team throughout a project's lifecycle.
* Ability to create and manage content.
* Ability to develop and maintain complex parametric Revit Families as needed; create and manage standard component libraries and folders, including Firm Standards and project-specific details, Revit families, and templates.
* Ability to work within active project teams during design and production phases and contribute to the project with experienced technical design expertise.
* Ability to monitor and resolve BIM issues as they arise during the design process.
* Ability to coordinate and manage procedures for delivery of electronic information such as deliverables to clients and consultants and periodic model exchanges.
* Develop, document, and implement project delivery methods for projects based on AtkinsRalis policies and industry best practices.
* Ability to coordinate with QA/QC Team to achieve consistent, best practice driven results.
* Ability to perform model management administration and maintenance as well as investigate and resolve model issues in enhanced time frames.
* Ability to provide over-the-shoulder training, develop staff BIM expertise and understanding, and mentor junior staff.
* Ability to conduct consultant BIM coordination meetings and provide support throughout a project.
* Ability to conduct clash detection and provide troubleshooting as needed within models.
* Ability to successfully lead design level BIM leadership for projects. Must demonstrate 5-10 years' experience.
* Ability to coordinate with sub-consultants and other disciplines and both technically and in BIM management duties.
* Ability to create organized Exhibits in BlueBeam and PowerPoint for client and team review.
* Provides Sr. Architects / Project Managers with status reports of progress on BIM issues and enhancements.
