Ideal candidates hold 4+ years of professional project experience, a bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field, has excellent interpersonal skills, and knowledge of Revit and other related design software. This role involves contributing to design, client contact, and scheduling and budgeting for a variety of healthcare facility projects. Hiring bonus included.As an Architectural Designer (Non-Licensed) at HFG Architecture, specializing in healthcare projects, you will play an essential role in the architectural design process. Working under the supervision of licensed architects, you will contribute to the development of design concepts and assist in the creation of construction documents for healthcare facilities. Design Development: Assist in the development of architectural design concepts for healthcare projects. Collaborate with licensed architects and design teams to create innovative and functional design solutions that meet the project's vision, requirements, and industry standards.2. Architectural Drafting and Detailing: Prepare architectural drawings and details, including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details, using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project requirements and design intent.3. 3D Modeling and Visualization: Create 3D models and visualizations of architectural designs using software such as Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools. Communicate design concepts effectively to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.4. Construction Documentation: Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and schedules. Collaborate with licensed architects and engineers to integrate their designs into the overall project documentation.5. Building Codes and Standards: Familiarize yourself with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards, including those specific to healthcare facilities. Ensure that architectural designs and construction documents comply with applicable codes and standards.6. Material Research and Specification: Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, and products for healthcare interiors. Consider factors such as durability, aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. Prepare material boards and specifications.7. Design Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, including architects, engineers, and consultants, to integrate their designs and ensure coordination and compatibility with the architectural design. Address design conflicts and resolve coordination issues.8. Presentation and Communication: Assist in the preparation of design presentations and visual materials for client meetings, reviews, and presentations. Clearly communicate design ideas, concepts, and rationale to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.9. Professional Development: Stay updated with industry trends, advancements in architectural design, and emerging technologies. Vocational, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.2. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as ENSCAPE or Revit. Experience with 3D modeling software and visualization tools is desirable.3. Familiarity with architectural drafting, detailing, and construction documentation processes.4. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards relevant to architectural design.5.
