The ideal candidate would start immediately and have the following qualifications and experience.
Requirements:
- Accredited degree in architecture
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficient in CADD software with a strong preference for Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite experience
- Excellent oral, written, and graphic communication skills
- Legally authorized to work long-term in the United States
Requisite Skills for Consideration:
- Ability to translate design concepts to technically proficient working drawings
- Lead and coordinate effective 3D design and BIM modeling, and the graphic/digital production of presentations and record documents
- Problem solving skills used to identify a problem and present effective solutions
- Time management and communication that allows the project team to work efficiently to meet deadlines
- Interest in sustainable design, the craft of construction, and contextual design
- Desire and motivation to learn all aspects of the architectural profession
