Job Description:
  • Serve as the primary Project Manager and Architect for client's Cybersecurity and Privacy Divisions' KPI and Dashboard project.
  • Serve as an ECS Line Manager
  • Manage a Power Platform team, which may consist of Data Analyst(s), Power BI, Power Pages and Power Automate development team.
  • Work with teams, as well as independently by performing as a self-managing and self-directing staff member.
  • Manage the project using Agile and SCRUM methodologies
  • Establish, foster, and sustain key customer relationships.
  • Monitor and ensure deliverable timelines
  • Create and maintain individual project schedules in MS Project
  • Create and maintain Integrated Master Schedules in MS Project
  • Create and maintain project management artifacts
  • Identify, design, develop and implement the Power Platform KPI Best-fit Architecture solutions
  • Identify data trends and insights to provide KPIs to solve significant business problems, driving decision-making capabilities.
  • Participate in business development and proposals, as needed
  • Create and maintain documentation supporting the development, such as SOPs, etc.
  • Create presentations as requested. Create weekly, monthly and in-progress review presentations, as needed.
  • Salary Range: $160,000-$185,000General Description of Benefits
  • Must be a US citizen, possess an active Position of Public Trust, or preferably a Secret Clearance. Must be willing to acquire and maintain a Secret clearance if requested
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information security, or similar discipline AND 5+ years of Project Manager and Architect, in support of the DoD or other federal clients. Education/Experience substitution allowable
  • Proven experience as a Senior Power Platform Project Manager and Architect
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent agile and iterative project management and architecture design, development and implementation
  • Ability to be self-managing and self-directing and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with government and contract leadership, while conveying highly technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  • Capacity to thrive in a complex, fast paced environment with competing demands while delivering consistent, high-quality commitment to mission-critical systems and solution
